Talking Letter Factory by Leap Frog

The Talking Letter Factory is produced by the makers of the Leap Frog Learning Toys. I have never seen a child bored by this show--it is frankly wonderful. The catchy tunes and visual images teach your learners all of the letters and the alphabet and the sounds they make. Let me tell you something interesting that happened not one week after we brought this video into our home. The children, of course, wanted to watch it over and over. That is a plus for any educational film. So after a week of watching the video, my four year old son, Ethan, went to preschool where they happened to do an assessment to see which letters and sounds he knew. He knew EVERY ONE. I know he didn't know them before the video, but he certainly knew them after. Beats teaching at the table any day! Ethan's teacher rushed to Wal-Mart to buy a copy for the class, and it is now part of their curriculum!
