  1. Restrict Reinforcers.
  2. Pair with positive reinforcement.
  3. Always say what you mean and meaning what you say.
  4. As often as possible follow good choice making with reinforcement.
  5. Understand your child's priorities as well as your own.
  6. As often as possible follow inappropriate choice making with no reinforcement.
  7. Use mini-consequences to keep your child on target as much as possible.
