  1. Touch Box

    Goal: The children will have an opportunity to touch a variety of textures.
    Activity: Please go over the type of textures that the child is touching and compare the textures to one another.
  2. Body Parts Following Directions

    Ask the children to touch specific body parts. Prompt and guide as appropriate
    Don't forget to ask the child to touch your corresponding body parts.

  5. Touching Colors

    Note from Autism Teaching Tools: This activity can be made particularly fun if you ask them to touch colored playdough, jello, shaving cream (have them add the colors with food dye), or finger paint.
