Pooh Musical Hide 'n' Seek Game
By Parker BrothersLevel: Early to Intermediate
Description: Imagine your favorite Winnie the Pooh characters spinning around a carousel completely hidden in honey pots. As the carousel spins, the pot lids are lifted and figure's heads pop up. A collection of sturdy cards depicting the characteres are included. This toy has tremendous language potential, particularly for "where" questions. Imagine the toy lying still with no characters visible. You prompt the learner to say "Where's piglet?" as you show them the card with piglet on it. The learner then gets to push the button in the middle of the carousel and make the music play while you find piglet. All of the figures are completely removal which gives you the disadvantage of possibly losing the figures, along with the advantage of being able set up the carousel so that only the character you are prompting will appear. Great for requesting objects without visible prompts as well. Just fade the picture cards!
